*DIY Hair and Makeup Discount

If you wish to do your own hair and makeup, please indicate as such on your form and your final instalment will be discounted by $120.  There are only 10 of these spaces available and you must be willing to arrive ready to shoot from 12 noon on the 27th August.  Please note that once you have selected this option, you may not be able to opt back in to hair and makeup if all places have already been allocated.

 

Payment Plan

To start your payment plan, make your bank transfer deposit by the 1st March 2022 with 4 monthly instalments to follow.  Final payments are due by 1st July 2022.
 

If you would like to join in the payment plan after 1st March 2022, please email us as you will need to catch up on all payments due before your joining date to bring you up to speed.

 

Pinup Perfection – Pink Hotel Edition Payment Plan Breakdowns

King Room (per person, twin share) = $275 deposit + 4 x $206 instalments

Superior King Room  (per person, twin share) = $275 deposit + 4 x $211 instalments

King Suite  (per person, trio share) = $275 deposit + 4 x $208.50 instalments

Superior King Suite  (per person, trio share) = $275 deposit + 4 x $213.50 instalments

Payment of a deposit and a subsequent first instalment initiates a payment plan and indicates that the passenger agrees to the terms of the payment plan including the payment plan pricing.  Guests may pay out their payment plan early at their convenience, however this will not result in a reduction/refund of the payment plan cost.

FAQ

​

Is there an age limit to this event?

Yes, all guests must be aged 18+ due to alcohol being served.

​

Can I bring a friend/child/partner with me to watch?

No, all pinups on site must be registered with a booking package – no spectators!

​

Which photographer will I be shooting with?

All guests will shoot with 2 of our incredible pinup photographers and will be assigned in advance.  Unfortunately we are unable to take requests for specific photographers or locations.

​

How will I know when it’s my turn to shoot?

A full schedule will be made available via email in advance.

​

How many looks do I get to shoot?

You’ll have time to shoot one hair and makeup look and two outfits – one outfit per photographer.

​

What do I bring?

Two pinup/burlesque outfits and your hair curled if you’d like a curly style.  Straight hair will not be curled at this event due to time constraints, rather you’ll be styled into a fabulous vintage updo.

​

How do I get my hands on cocktails and food included in the package?

Each room will have food and drink tokens available on arrival.  Anything additional can be purchased at your expense.

Can I make changes to the package or substitute some items?

With the exception of dietary requirements, changes cannot be made to packages.

​

Can I book a room on my own?

You can, however all pricing and packages are based on twin or trio share, so to book a room for yourself, you would need to book 2 or 3 packages in full.  Best to find a buddy!

Can I help myself to the mini bar?

You sure can – but at your own cost.  All rooms will require one nominated credit card on arrival, which will have a $1 authorisation charge held on it.  This will cover you for any additional mini bar or room service items you’d like to indulge in.

Terms & Conditions

Ticket Purchases

All tickets purchased are finalised on first payment (first deposit, instalment or in full) and no refunds or exchanges can be granted.

Tickets may be purchased in full up to 6 weeks before the event, pending room availability.

The organisers reserve the right to change, add or withdraw any component of the event while retaining value for money and the spirit of the event.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Persons under 18 years of age will not be permitted to attend any portion of Pinup Perfection – The Pink Hotel Edition.

At the organisers/directors discretion, ticket name changes may be granted in the event you are unable to attend the event and wish to on sell your ticket to another guest. No name changes can be processed after 1 July 2022. 

Prices, capacity and event details are subject to change without notice.

The organisers and management team reserve the right to refuse entry to participants not adhering to the events Terms and  Conditions.

Pricing

All prices are per person, twin or trio share.  It is up to the guest to find a suitable room mate to share with and advise us at events@bombshellburlesque.com.au

Refunds, Cancellations and Entry Conditions

No refunds can be granted on purchased tickets.

In the event that you are refused entry into any portion of Pinup Perfection – The Pink Hotel Edition for any reason no refund will be issued.

Cancellations – The organisers reserve the right to defer or cancel any event if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond their control. All efforts will be made to reschedule clients to an alternative workshop date. In the event that a COVID19 style shutdown is enacted, the event will be postponed to a later date.

We recommend looking into a travel insurance policy with a “Cancel For Any Reason Clause”, particularly if you are travelling from interstate.  Please read the relevant PDS before purchasing any insurance product to ensure it suits your needs.

Participants are not permitted to bring or use any of the following during the event; illicit drugs, alcoholic beverages purchased externally, weapons, offensive clothing and objects, any dangerous goods, animals (other than registered assistance animals), professional recording devices other than those permitted by management, lasers, horns, whistles, non-sealed drink or food containers, any items that are intended for sale or purchase unless permitted by management.

Bombshell Burlesque is a proudly CovidSafe business and all guests must adhere to the current Queensland Health regulations including but not limited to masking, social distancing, check-ins and vaccination status when applicable. No refunds will be granted to guests who do not comply with these regulations.

 

Media, Images and Footage from the event

Any media or footage from the event remains the property of the organisers. The organisers are entitled to use any media or footage from the event for any future promotions and/or advertising.

Guest Waiver & Release Form

I understand that by attending Pinup Perfection – The Pink Hotel Edition I will be participating in various photoshoots and social interactions held on the premises of The Pink Hotel.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this event. I represent and warrant that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or medical condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this event, or that will be detrimental to my health if I participate in this activity.

I, my heirs or legal representatives fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my attendance and subsequent participation in Pinup Perfection – The Pink Hotel Edition and I, my heirs or legal representatives release Bombshell Burlesque ABN 31 243 795 049, Pink Hotel Coolangatta Pty Ltd ABN 49 626 311 868 and its agents, sponsors and instructors associated with Pinup Perfection – The Pink Hotel Edition from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation and from any liability (including liability for their negligence and the negligence of others) now or in the future for conditions that I may obtain.

These conditions may include, but are not limited to, death, heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, bone dislocations, heart prostration, injuries to virtually all bones, injuries to neck or spine which may result in complete or partial paralysis, brain damage, serious injury to internal organs or muscular skeletal system, injuries to all joints, injuries to ligaments, tendons or muscles, bruising, miscarriage or any other illness, impairment or soreness that I may occur and affect my body, wellbeing, general health. I understand the dangers and risks of participating in the above may result not only in serious injury, but may lead to serious impairment of my future abilities to earn a living, to engage in other business, social or recreational activities and general quality of life.
I am fully aware and agree to assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the photoshoots and social events.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize medical attention from any licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care and agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered. It must be noted that the absence of health insurance coverage and or travel insurance coverage does not make Bombshell Burlesque, Pink Hotel Coolangatta Pty Ltd or any of the associated sponsors, organisers or instructors of Pinup Perfection – The Pink Hotel Edition responsible for payment of any medical expenses.
